As has already been considered earlier, the real history of Delta civilization began when the production means began to turn in accordance with their cognized nature, when the course was finally established to form a true, distinct understanding of nature and society.
The movement of matter generates and develops its complex forms — life and civilization. The shape and future of this complex organized matter depends on the conditions in which it arose, exists and which changes.
The Delta civilization passed the prehistory stage and was able to preserve for further development precisely due to the fact that its organization adopted a certain form adequate, adequate to external and internal conditions. This form underlies the modern economy and society, but continues to gradually change due to the development of civilization.
Perhaps we are waiting for another revolution related to integration with one optional universe. We will consider the current organization.
Origins
The formation of a public superstructure depends on the technological development of the production basis. Modern Delta is based on the following achievements.
The first is to bring the production of various material goods to the production of digital content. Creation and production of products is similar to virtual. This is ensured by a rich set of industrial equipment integrated with computers, and organized into production in the form of a set of blocks. It is easy to build, change and control production, while a deeper modification and modernization are available for the sophisticated.
The second is biological modifications. The possibility of modifying and improving your body can significantly improve life. You can change your appearance and floor, you can improve your health, lose weaknesses and disadvantages, and even get special abilities. Modification is carried out using unified and convenient biological multifunctional devices — transgenerators. The result is a lot of interesting and diverse characters.
Both achievements were supplemented by the development of quantum science, there were opportunities to deeply change matter, as well as manipulate space, which opened new production methods. And the latter also finally solved the transport problem – using telepipes including filps.
Three eras correspond to these achievements, and very conditionally, since the periods of the small industrial and biological revolutions intersect and come a little even in the prehistoric period of civilization.

The Delta public organization is based on the disposal of things and the management of the production process, in order to more complete satisfaction of all the material and cultural needs of society.
Delta is a set of institutions — economic, managing different sectors of the economy and production, as well as cultural ones. These organizations provide the best conditions that allow the characters to jointly cooperate to solve many problems — from the production of machine tools to the organization of exhibitions.
The basic principle of the development of views and, accordingly, institutions of society is the scientific principle of criticism and self-criticism, an objective approach to reality and understanding of needs.
So the development of computing technology made it possible to process a larger amount of data and perform more complex methods, which made it possible to switch to a new qualitative level in the planned organization of management, especially such formalized areas as industrial production.
There is no state, as such, in Delta — there is a post-state organization of the institutions considered above. All institutions are combined into Congress — a single decentralized hub and a control superstructure over the production basis.

In fact — Congress is a digital platform, and a metosocial network. This system combines individual servers of institutions located in computing centers across mastered space.
On the Δ-01 planet, specialized servers are in the buildings of the relevant institutions, while the computing centers-hubs of the Congress are located in the Capitols, which, however, can be part of the complex building. A striking example of the latter is Hizen Heaven Building in Teksui.
The last unified state died out after it was able to protect the achievements of workers and ended mutual exploitation.
Planet

Features of planetography determine the specifics of production, society and culture for different regions. Despite the wealth of various resources on Alterra, individual specific regions are distinguished – industrial, agricultural and intellectual.
The development of the means of production and society has eliminated the boundary between town and countryside, blurring these boundaries considerably — one can now work from anywhere and easily cross vast distances on flip, neighboring different places irrespective of their position. However, by inertia, some distinctive features remain, and the relevant institutions have not changed their geographical location, concentrating in their respective places.
If we overlay the economic map with the cultural map, we can see interesting coincidences. Thus, in the agricultural belt, art tends toward "natural", asymmetrical forms and other naturalness, while the industrial and scientific regions express in their culture rapid "industrial" forms.
Now consider the economic regions in more detail.
Agricultural – "villages", represented by small settlements and towns, developed on the most fertile lands. These are areas of the center of large internal water masses — Danau Putih and Basse, as well as the central part of the eastern coast of the Lindev continent bordering the Ebrium ocean. There is also a large agricultural region in the south-west, including the island of Brubek and the Lindev regions closest to it.
Industrial regions are in places rich in planetological resources. On Alterra, this is the southern and, to a lesser extent, the northeastern part of Lindev, as well as the entire Dowe continent. These are the most urbanized areas, there are the largest cities, such as Loft, Ziron, Apel, Hoffe, Meridion, Fluff, and, of course, Teksui.
Intellectual regions are located quite evenly. Like any science arises in certain areas of activity, so these regions crystallize among other regions, absorbing their specifics. So, for example, under agricultural areas there will be a greater bias in biology and chemistry, and with industrial — in physics. The greatest concentration of intellectual regions is in less wealthy areas-the entire Flave continent and the island of Muffin, as well as the north and north-west of Lindev. These regions are medium in urbanization, one of the cities even has a characteristic name Kotasains — the city of science.
City Useful
The modern principles of organizing settlements have been established for a long time. They are based on the concept of distribution of spaces for different areas of life and productive activity.
Space is one room or their complex. Different spaces can be both separate buildings, or to be one. Spaces will be component in accordance with their mutual compatibility in buildings and clusters — districts that make up the city.
In the metropolis, many spaces are located in some large-sided buildings, combined in complexes, while in the subourbies of space are distributed according to many small buildings. Such differences are a consequence of the specifics of the initial orientation of the regions. Agricultural lands is more sparse in cultivated land, whereas industry requires concentration.
For example, one building of the metropolis may include a research center, laboratories, experimental production as well as residence and amenities for working there. Whereas in the suburbia R&D will be placed in a group of separate buildings, and residences are in the mansions at the distance.
The dimensions of the premises on the type of city do not depend — the apartment in the metropolis is comparable with a mansion in suburbia.
